I’d call season 8 the season of Tiny Winter Cabins.

I always wished I could see the Northern Lights, so this was a nice relaxing painting to try out.

Bob’s son, Steve, was the instructor for this one it’s a classic mountain landscape. I think this one is a great improvement from my previous mountain paintings.

A very different vibe for Bob, but I enjoy a nice change.

Another one with a small frame! These come out so cute on the tiny canvases.

I’ve been trying out new ways to create the sky and using different ways of blending.

This has got to be one of my top 5 best paintings thus far.

This one makes me happy, I like it! From the last painting, I reminded myself to limit my colors a bit more and take my time with the foreground.

This is another super dense painting (for such a tiny space), but I think it works.

I really enjoyed this one! My favorite part of this painting is the overall glowy vibe I was able to make.

Bob threw a curveball for me on this one: using a circle frame on the canvas.

And here we are at season 8! I introduced some more purple and consciously less green for this one.
