Rediscovering the Joy of Painting through teeny tiny canvases, one episode at a time.
Season 14 Recap
This season certainly had a large range - from the dramatic sunsets to the quiet and dark forests.
Day 178: Season 14, Episode 12 Misty Forest Oval
This one is quietly interesting for one good reason: The depth in the background really makes the painting.
Day 177: Season 14, Episode 11 Shadow Pond
Typically, I enjoy these all-green forest paintings, but I don’t think I was feeling it with this one.
Day 175: Season 14, Episode 9 Riverside Escape Oval
The oval shape came out a tad wonky, but I think I really nailed the depth in this one.
Day 174: Season 14, Episode 8 On A Clear Day
It’s been becoming a challenge to schedule my Bob sessions these days, but I’ve been able to adjust.
Day 172: Season 14, Episode 6 Graceful Mountains
I think this is one of the strongest mountains I’ve ever painted to date!
Day 170: Season 14, Episode 4 Winter Solitude
This one was a nice change of pace, very peaceful!
Day 169: Season 14, Episode 3 Mountain Moonlight Oval
I enjoyed that new moody blue and purple palette that Bob has going here, but that tree in the front? NOPE.
Day 168: Season 14, Episode 2 Meadow Brook Surprise
I enjoyed the change of palette with this one…a little less bright blue and a little more deep indigo and purples.
167: Season 14, Episode 1 Distant Mountains
Season 14! Starting off with a classic mountainscape.
