Day 178: Season 14, Episode 12 Misty Forest Oval
This one is quietly interesting for one good reason: The depth in the background really makes the painting. I wasn’t excited about the overall composition, but the more I look at this, the more I kind of love it. It almost feels like I can step into this little peep-hole window and follow the light down the path there. It’s funny how sometimes you’re just meh with a painting, but then the more you look at it, it starts to really sneak up on you.
