This one was a tad bit of a challenge but I feel like this one came out nicely.

I really love how this one turned out.

I was a bit hard on myself with this one, but my husband told me he loved this one because it reminded him of home (Louisiana).

This one turned out so cute! I was really happy with the distant trees that I was able to make in the background to create depth.

I’ve been painting, but I’ve been a bit lazy with my posting these days so I’m backed up a bit here with the blog.

As much as I love doing seascapes, this one was a challenge for me.

For this one, Bob brought on a guest teacher and even though it was different, I felt like she explained a few things a bit better during the process

Blah. I went a bit heavy-handed on this one too.

I think I went pretty heavy-handed with the paint on this one and it caused everything to look rather flat.

It was a rough news day today…and it feels like the world is just constantly on fire.

I wasn’t sure if I would’ve liked this one, but I actually enjoyed doing this old mill painting.

I’ve gotten busy this week, so the painting went on pause for a few days.

I fell back into my old habits with this painting.
