Day 41: Season 4, Episode 4 Winter Sawscape
For this one, Bob brought on a guest teacher and even though it was different, I felt like she explained a few things a bit better during the process (adding shadows, making tree limbs). In the original one, they painting this on a saw blade. I really love how this one came out - it reminds me of a scene from Winnie the Pooh or a children’s book. I consciously made an effort to make sure I painted this one with a lot more white and with a soft hand after doing previous ones with such dense and dark paint. I love it so much, even though I usually hate winter paintings. A win!
