I’m at it again with the dramatic skies.

I decided I wanted a glorious sky for this, and it was a good choice.

I can’t help but keep thinking my cabin looks like a dog house here.

Not sure what feels ‘Christmas-y’ about this painting, but it just feels like all the other snowy paintings I’ve done in the past.

I really love the color palette and moodiness of this landscape.

I’ve made my cabin so itty bitty compared to Bob’s, but I kinda love it!

Unfortunately, I was all out of 5×5in canvases and Michael’s only had 4×5in canvases in stock, so I just had to deal with that.

I was getting bored with the usual winter scenes, so for this one I added a bit more greyish and purple tones to change it up.

This painting actually was interrupted by a freak storm on Friday evening.

I swapped the browns in this one with more reds.

Another different one for Bob.

This was pretty cute.

I’m sure based on personal preferences, this painting looks like a mess of fuzzy color compared to Bob’s.

I’ve really gotten into a good groove this season.

I’ve been having a hard morning, so I decided to step back a bit and do a painting this afternoon.

Going back to the framed paintings! These always look so cute, in my opinion.
