Day 76: Season 7, Episode 1 Winter Cabin
It started warming up in New Jersey, and yet I’m painting gloomy winter paintings still? I made the choice to add more of a bluish tint to this one even though Bob was strictly using browns, white, and black. Not today, Bob…I need color! This one wasn’t anything revolutionary, but it does remind me of what New Jersey has looked like over the past 4+ months this winter: gloomy, cold, and flat. Lots of blobby shapes in this one. Hopefully the next one will feel a bit more lively.
