EXOTIC BLOOMS BY BRIAN TANN
Brian Tann, the innovative floral designer, needed a visual identity as extraordinary as his creations—luxurious, bold, and unforgettable. I created a brand system that captures the essence of the business: a high-end floral experience designed to dazzle. From a bespoke logo to a striking color palette and elegant typography, every element was chosen to reflect the brand’s sophisticated edge while staying flexible enough to grow with it. Designed for both fashion-forward clientele and everyday customers seeking a bit of spectacle, this identity brings the wow factor.

THE PROCESS •
Before putting pencil to paper, I sat down with Brian to immerse myself in the heart of his vision. He shared his journey through the fashion world, the creative influences that inspire him, and the deep passion behind his work. My goal was to gather every detail—big and small—to ensure the brand we created wasn’t just visually striking, but a true reflection of Brian’s personality, style, and story.
MOODBOARDS
The Winner!
After our in-depth discussion, I gathered my thoughts to create 3 different visual directions (mood boards) he could choose from to help guide the voice of his brand.
Out of the three, he chose Look 1 and especially loved the black, magenta, red, and yellow color scheme.
THE DESIGN
Once the direction was set, it was time to dive into the design process. I knew the logo had to be as unique as Brian’s style. A simple flower or plant wouldn’t capture the essence of his brand—there had to be an added layer, something that spoke to the depth and creativity of a designer who thrives on multidimensionality.
I presented Brian with three distinct logo concepts, each capturing a unique interpretation of a bohemian, organic aesthetic. He was immediately drawn to the third option—a Monstera leaf, with the initials E and B subtly incorporated within the negative space. After several rounds of revisions and fine-tuning the color palette and logo mark, we refined the design into its final form.
THE WEBSITE
Brian was so thrilled with the results that he asked me to extend the brand identity to his website. He envisioned a site that would come alive, featuring captivating videos of blooming flowers to greet visitors. Collaborating with Brian throughout this process was truly rewarding, allowing me to bring his brand vision to life in a dynamic, immersive way.
