I found this one to be a challenge because there was so much greenery happening. This was good practice with breaking things up by values and making sure I’m not beating the canvas to death with too much of one shade of green. I broke this one up by lightness and darkness - lighter where the middle sunlight is peeking through, and darker more along the edges. I did find myself getting a bit frustrated with the puddles within the path and I actually added those magenta bushes to try to break up the foreground a bit more (It was looking more like a bit pile of mush). I took my time on this one and although it’s not my favorite, I think it was good practice with restraint and consciously deciding where certain darks/lights would go.
