Day 59: Season 5, Episode 9 Anatomy of a Wave
I always love a seascape. I’m starting to really enjoy painting water and getting the hang of creating movement with the waves. This one didn’t take up too much time because it was a simple composition. Bob brought on another guest teacher for this one as well and it was helpful with how she explained how to create a proper wave. I think the angle of the curve at the top of mine could’ve been a a little more dramatic but overall this one was a fun and simple painting to follow. It was a nice reset from all the little trees and bushes we’ve been doing.
