Day 113: Season 9, Episode 12 Mountain By The Sea
Mountains in a seascape?! I love it! I took my time with this one and it did take me a while to get the waves and the ocean just right. I don’t think I left enough room for the trees and foliage on the lefthand side, but I did what I could. Overall, not too bad. If I’m being super critical of myself, I think I’m starting to get annoyed with how I handle the trees in my paintings. I think because Bob saves those for last, I don’t spend a lot of time making them have more shape - they usually just look like long brown sticks. Something for me to work on in the next one!
