Day 199: Season 16, Episode 7 Deep Woods
If you haven’t noticed by now, I’m not big on brown/sepia paintings. I love color and I wasn’t really thrilled to be doing this one, to be honest. I thought I started off all right with the background distant trees, but then there were just far too many layers for me to keep up with. I felt like it was harder for me to add value/contrast with this one and I kept going over my front trees with white to make them stand out. My little waterfall is meh. Overall, just meh.
