Day 74: Season 6, Episode 12 Marshlands
There was a lot happening in this painting so I found this to be difficult at such a small scale. I tried to not spend too much time on the trees in the background but I feel like it ended up looking like one big blob. I could’ve used a bit more of the lighter colors to get more contrast (especially with the tree in the right side, it gets lost a bit amongst all the greens). I think this is one that when you look at it from far away, it looks okay but up close…nopeeeee. Not my favorite, but I can appreciate the lesson with this one.
